Stage Returns and Refund
We appreciate our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly replace any item that may have got beat up during shipping. No question asked.
Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. During the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased.
To complete your return, you are required to bear the shipping charges and we will refund the shipping charges to your account. Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject title "Returns" to start the process.
