When will my order ship?
For domestic delivery (Malaysia), our products usually – key word usually – ships to you within 1-3 business days (M-F & does not include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, shipping could take a bit longer so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
My order shipped, when will it get to my house?
All of our beloved packages are sent via the most convenient courier services depending on your location, so delivery times may vary. For orders to residents within Malaysia, orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days once shipped.
Orders outside Malaysia can take 10-21 business days. Do note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
For commercial/ office address, please note that our courier partners are required to comply with the buildings rules and regulations – if our courier partner is restricted from access to your office, they will contact you via your contact number provided.
We do not advise that our courier partners be instructed to leave your package at any reception/management office/security office. We will not be held responsible for any losses in this case.
We appreciate our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly replace any item that may have got beat up during shipping. No question asked.
Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons or a refund.

Can I request an exchange of item?
No. For quality and hygiene purpose, all items sold are non-exchangeable unless there had been an error on out part. If it's certain there has been an error, please contact us immediately and we will assist accordingly.
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are sold exclusively in cyber land on www.stage-cosmetics.com. We have not authorized any 3rd party as distributor.
What other countries do you ship to?
We currently also ship to selected overseas countries such as Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Australia and more. Please be aware that depending on your country’s regulations, international orders may be subject to additional duties and fees.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Domestic shipping within Malaysia is RM4.99 flat rate, including Sabah and Sarawak. Oh yes, we treat both our East and West fans equally! Orders over RM45 being shipped within Malaysia are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
International shipping will be calculated based on your shipping country, in RM:

What is the shelf life of your products?
Every Stage product will be labeled with a manufacturing date. All our products typically have a shelf life of 3 years!
